Our fees for Retained Searches are typically 33 1/3% of first year's total compensation for executive search and as per the Lehman Fee scale for mergers, acquisitions and corporate development, with an hourly or flat fee project basis for counseling and financial structuring. A retainer is not always necessary but is suggested for M&A representation or for executive search assignments.
